The AI Assistant is designed to enhance customer interactions by helping frame marketing challenges, collect briefs, and prepare clients for formal engagements with Spark Studios. It is not intended for entertainment, unsolicited content creation, or decision-making in regulated fields (e.g., legal, medical, or financial).
All users are expected to interact with the AI respectfully and in good faith. Malicious behavior — including attempts to exploit the Assistant, request unethical services, or engage in deceptive or discriminatory communication — is strictly prohibited.
The Assistant will clearly identify itself as a virtual operating intelligence and will not simulate human deception. It will refuse requests that fall outside its programmed role or violate legal or ethical standards.
The Assistant stores and processes user data with strict confidentiality. All data is encrypted during transit and storage, and session content is restricted to Spark Studios' internal use only. The Assistant never shares user information or conversations with third parties unless legally obligated.
Spark Studios commits to continuous ethical review of AI interactions, auditing session transcripts, and updating usage boundaries to ensure responsible deployment of artificial intelligence.
Any commitments, suggestions, or representations made by SOI regarding cost estimates, project timelines, specific deliverables, or intent to engage in work are purely indicative and non-binding. These are subject to final internal review, confirmation, and approval by Spark Studios Advertising and Marketing L.L.C. Spark reserves the full right to revoke, modify, or decline any such representations without notice.
This Privacy Policy describes how Spark Studios Advertising and Marketing L.L.C. By accessing or using the AI Assistant on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Assistant.
The AI Assistant is intended solely for structuring marketing briefs and engaging with Spark Studios about our services. Any misuse, exploitation, or attempt to deceive, manipulate, or reverse engineer the Assistant is strictly prohibited.
All content generated by the AI Assistant is owned by Spark Studios unless otherwise stated. You may not use, republish, or distribute any content without express written consent.
The Assistant provides responses based on programmed logic and available context. Spark Studios does not guarantee accuracy, and we disclaim liability for decisions made based on Assistant output.
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the Assistant at our discretion, including in the event of suspected misuse or breach of these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Spark Studios Advertising and Marketing L.L.C. ("Company") for access to and use of our proprietary AI-powered virtual assistant ("SOI") and related services, whether accessed via website, embedded interfaces, or other delivery channels.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the SOI virtual assistant solely for internal business purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
All intellectual property rights in and to SOI and any associated software, materials, and documentation remain the sole and exclusive property of Spark Studios. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as transferring any ownership rights to you.

You acknowledge and agree to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, storage, and use of user data. Any input provided to SOI may be used to improve functionality and delivery of services, in a secure and anonymized manner.
SOI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company makes no guarantees that the service will be error-free, accurate, or uninterrupted.
In no event shall Spark Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of SOI.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms.
You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and not to export or re-export SOI in violation of such laws.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter and supersedes any prior understandings.
